Int'l Picture Frames Wholesale Inc., was established in 1980 by Robert Mendez Sr. and continues to be a 100% family-owned and operated business today. We are manufactures and distributors of fine art, custom framing, framed mirrors, and digital printing. All work is done in-house our 25,000sqft. building located in downtown Houston Texas.
